DELIVERY & RETURNS
Delivery & Self-Pickup Policy
In-Store Self-Pickup:
-Fee: Free
-Collect your order directly from our physical store during business hours. Please present your order confirmation email/receipt upon pickup.
SF Express Delivery (Freight Collect / SF Pay-on-Delivery):
-Fee: Paid by customer upon delivery
-We offer delivery services via SF Express. Please note that all shipping fees are not included at checkout. Customers are responsible for settling the delivery payment directly with SF Express upon receiving the parcel (SF Pay-on-Delivery).
-Delivery times and final shipping costs are determined by SF Express based on package size, weight, and delivery location.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
If you received a wrong item or if there is a quality issue with the product, you can return or exchange the item within 7 days of delivery at no extra cost. All items must be in its original packaging, unused, and in sellable condition.
